1. General Provisions
This document is the official public offer (hereinafter - "Offer") of the owner of the PassEngine service (hereinafter - "Provider") and defines the terms of using the platform for creating and managing digital passes. Payment for services means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer.
2. Services
The Provider provides access to an online platform for generating and managing QR passes, configuring user roles, visitor tracking, and integrations available under the selected pricing plan.
3. Registration
To start using the service, the Client creates an account, provides accurate information, and ensures the security of their credentials. Actions performed using the account are considered actions of the Client.
4. Payment and Pricing
Services are provided based on the selected plan. Payment is made in advance by credit card or other available methods. Current pricing is published on the page /pricing.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
The Client may cancel services at any time by disabling auto-renewal. Refunds are possible for significant service failures due to Provider's fault, confirmed by a support request, for the unused period. Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
6. Data Processing
The Provider processes personal data of the Client and their users in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Client is obliged to maintain lawful grounds for processing their users' data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". The Provider is not responsible for failures caused by third parties, communication channels, Client's equipment, or force majeure circumstances. Total liability is limited to the payment amount for the last paid period.
8. Changes to Terms
The Provider may change the Offer. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
